Tiffany Duplessis-Barmore, PhD
Dr. Tiffany Duplessis-Barmore, PhD is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Center for School Crisis and Bereavement (NCSCB) at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She is a clinical psychologist with specialized training in pediatric neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology through NYU Rusk Rehabilitation, UCLA Semel Institute, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Prior to her clinical training, Dr. Duplessis-Barmore worked as a K–12 educator and administrator, a background that informs her systems-level, school-based approach to trauma- and grief-informed care. Her clinical and research interests center on neuropsychology, neurodevelopmental correlates of trauma and grief, and the translation of neurodevelopmentally informed science into school-based crisis response, consultation, and intervention.tdbarmore@chla.usc.edu
